As a courtesy, Pawscape sends out a reminder text or email, it is your responsibility to remember and keep track of your appointments. Due to many no shows and last minute cancellations we have to put this following policy in effect:
Pawscape requires a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to give notice will result in a No Show fee that is 50% of your scheduled groom and a last minute cancellation fee of $20. We do ask for a card to be put on hold for your appointment for this specific reason or the fee will be added to your next scheduled grooming appointment.
We do understand that things can happen and we ask that you communicate with us if anything does arise.
